    Ingest without clean-up

    Radio transcripts, observer coach/trainer notes, debriefs, telemetry, signals, and orders are ingested as they are, by upload or connected feed. Garbled callsigns, timestamp drift, and shorthand are expected input, not errors.

    Reconstruct the timeline

    The scribe fuses every artifact into one operational timeline with a lane per station and diamonds at commander decision points. Every event carries a citation to the excerpt it came from.

    Replay on the map

    Unit symbols travel their tracks on real terrain while events plot and decision markers animate with playback. A synchronized timeline keeps the map and the record in step.

    Analyze against doctrine

    One run analyzes the reconstructed record against a doctrine library and drafts sustain and improve findings, each with its citation chain and doctrine reference. The pipeline refuses to answer beyond the ingested data rather than speculate.
